Fire insurance was to develop rapidly after a fire in the large cities of Europe that took place in the XVII century: the Great Fire of London in 1666, and other similar events [2].
In 1667 in England there are insurance companies devoted exclusively to fire insurance. In 1676, in Hamburg, the Hamburg Fire Insurance Fund created - the world's first officially established by the insurance company for fire protection.
